Again we want to thank you and your family for taking such good care of Max before he became part of our family.  I found it very easy to contact you and and you were prompt in returning my calls.  We were very impressed with the conditions and cleanliness of your home.  It is obvious that he has had plenty of love and interaction with people and is comfortable with children.  He is a great little guy so far.  He loves to play and he loves to cuddle.  Everyone here is just so taken with him!  My 8 yr old son said today "I am so joyful that I don't even know how to express it!".  Well wishes to you and the rest of your family.

Hi there Ryan,
 
I just wanted to drop a line to tell you that we are very much enjoying having Max as part of our family.  He fits in very well and the kids just love him to pieces.  More wonderful is that my father has had a nice companion and the two are very close.  Max follows him around and is attached to him maybe more than anyone.  My mother passed away last February after a long 3 1/2 year battle with many serious and debilitating health issues.  While there are still children in the house, having the puppy gives my father a different type of companionship that I believe he needed.
 
Max is a pretty smart guy.  He has taken to several commands fairly quickly.  Some he learned within a few days of having him.  (Sit, lie down, stay)  Since Max still is in the puppy stage he can drive everyone crazy as he chews up everything and anything that is left on the floor or within his reach, including my daughters toys.  But as the pictures I am sending show, no one ever holds it against him (for long anyway).  He is still the beloved and somewhat spoiled puppy.

**The pictures are of my daughter and my husband.  I walked into the room and my daughter was relaxing with Max like you see and I had to snap a quick picture.  The next one of her is her saying "I love you Max!".  Which he didn't appreciate too much since he was woken up so he then went over to my husband, laid on his arm and fell back asleep in seconds.  He's very comfy here.  :)


Hi Ryan:
I just wanted to send you an update on how Bailey is doing.  We brought her home on August 27. She was 6 weeks old.  The four hour drive home was great.  She whined very little. Slept most of the time. 
 
We took her to the vet and she was very healthy.  She weighed 3.5 pounds the first visit.  At nine weeks she weighed 5.8 pounds.  We take her on Friday, October 9 for her 12 week check-up.  She is a joy to all of us. She is definitely the ruler of the household.  She is very well-loved by the whole family.
 
I would like to thank you for all of your support while I was deciding which puppy to get.  Your prompt response to all the emails I sent were very appreciated.  I sent two pictures of her  now.  She's such a gorgeous puppy and well natured.  We are starting puppy school on Sunday, Oct. 4.
 
Well, thanks again for all your help.  Your family definitely puts a lot of love in raising your little puppies and it shows.  I told your mom I would send an update with pictures.  Bailey is just a terrific angel.

I just wanted to tell you that we love "Prince" now called Maggie.  She slept on the 3 hour drive back home. Everyone in our family just loves her and thinks she is the cutest little dog. Thanks a lot for raising such a nice litter. I hope you won't have a problem finding homes for the others. I wouldn't mind a picture of the male dog used to create Maggie. You can e-mail that if you get a chance. In the meantime, I'll send you a picture of Maggie in the near future. Thanks again.

This is Katie and Bobby we had purchased a Puggle from you about a month or so ago and I just wanted to give you some feedback.  Everything ran very smooth and we are so pleased with your new little baby.  He is now almost 7pound and very loving.  Everything with the vet checked out perfect and he was in perfect health.  I would definetly recommend you to anyone.  I also attached a picture of Winston (our new puggle) and Harley our 10 year old Black Lab Jack Russel mix.  Winston has basically brought Harley back to life.  Thanks you so much for everthing, it was a pleasure working with you!

Hi Ryan, Sorry I haven't emailed you sooner.  Sully is perfect.  He is such a good boy for us. Your family was really sweet and I just wanted to thank you..  We really needed him :)  I will keep in touch with you and send some more photos as he grows. If we know of anyone looking for a puggle, I will be referring them to you.

Just thought I would send you some photos so you could see how he’s doing.  He adjusted very well, in fact, he’s pretty much learned he’s the king…lol  He doesn’t leave our side for very long at all.  He loves to play with our kitten and has figured out real quick that my son’s toys are fun to chew.    Thanks again for everything.
